About

Travel with Grandkids began as an article in Christian Living in the Mature Years Magazine. Since then, the travel editor has posted tips and advice for grandmothers and grandfathers who want to travel with their children and grandchildren. As the audience for those posts grew, we knew a dedicated blog was needed. Traveling as a mature adult means you have different wants and needs than your children, but that doesn't mean you can't participate fully in family vacations! Traveling as part of a multi-generational group or even alone with your grandkids is fun, accessible, and creates memories that last a lifetime.
